The Board will also make decisions on a Unity of Title or its removal. Meetings of the Board will be held on the first Thursday of each month at 9:00 AM, in the Town Hall Chambers. All decisions of the Board will be rendered in a written Development Order and made available to the public on the Town’s website. Meetings of the Board will be open to the public as provided by law.

This board has the authority and duty to hear and vote on applications for certain variances, and to review and vote to determine whether a proposed plan is of the same general character according to the Town’s land development regulations.
