As Operations Commander, Lt. Scolly will oversee and manage all operational aspects of the department. He is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve productivity, ensure compliance with policies and procedures, and to optimize resources. Lt. Scolly has been with the Town since 2018, starting as a Public Safety Officer and rising through the ranks.
