Devan manages the Administrative Office of the Public Safety Department. Under the direction of Director Ewing, he oversees the Communications, Records, Training, Purchasing and Accreditation functions of the department. Devan has been with the Town since 2013, with a total of almost 15 years overall in Law Enforcement.
